摘要
根据分层物体快速成型 (LOM )中零件逐层累积的特点 ,从缩短加工时间、提高制件效率方面着手阐述了路径优化的必要性 .针对LOM机的运动机理和软件数据结构 ,给出了扫描路径优化的原理 ,将图论中的便宜算法应用于LOM机的扫描路径优化 .
In the process of the laminated object manufacture for rapid prototyping (LOM), the model's final shape is obtained by layer upon layer. It's necessary to optimize the path for reducing the time of the process and increasing the productivity. According to the mechanism and data structure of the LOM machine, a theory about scanning path optimization is put forward. In this paper, a cheaper algorithm in map theory is applied and well used at scanning path optimization in the LOM machine.
