摘要
采用了基于火焰图像处理的炉膛辐射能信号检测系统对湘潭电厂 30 0MW燃煤机组进行了现场检测 ,并对机组进行了锅炉燃料扰动和汽机调门开度扰动的开环试验 ,获得主汽压系统的动态特性 .将炉膛辐射能信号引入燃烧控制系统 ,对入炉燃料量进行反馈控制 .仿真试验表明 ,该控制方案可以有效克服燃料量内扰和负荷外扰对主汽压力的影响 ,维持主汽压力的稳定 .
The field test has been done for the 300?MW coal fired unit at Xiangtan Power Plant by using the detection system for furnace radiant energy signal based on the flame image processing. The dynamic characteristics of the main steam pressure system are obtained by the open loop experiments of the fuel disturbance and the load disturbance. The signal of furnace radiant energy is put into the combustion control system to control the fuel. The simulation results show that the new control method can efficiently overcome the fuel disturbance and the load disturbance and maintain the stability of main steam pressure.
