摘要
研究了基于成组技术的制造单元在车间平面内的布局问题 ,提出了一种能真实反映车间平面内布局特点和要求的布局模型 ,并利用模拟退火法进行求解 .试验结果表明 ,该布局模型不仅能得到较优的单元布局 ,而且还能得到合理的物流路径 .
This paper investigates the layout problems in cellular manufacturing system by using group technology. According to the characteristic and the request of this kind of layout problem, a mathematical model is formulated and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve it. The results indicate this algorithm can provide good solutions in reasonable time.
