摘要
提出了用激光球杆仪直接测量数控机床刀具的定位误差 ,实现空间误差无模识别的方法 .建立了误差预报的三维网格模型 ,利用有限元方法实现空间任意一点误差的预报 .在XK713数控加工中心上进行了本方法的误差测量、预报和补偿实验 .结果表明所提出的误差测量方法具有操作方便、成本底、精度高的特点 。
By using a laser ball bar, a novel method with low cost, simplicity of setup and quick measurements is developed to directly identify the total position errors at the tip of the tool of a multi axis machine tool without the use of an error model. The error vector components at different location are in the machine work space are stored in a 3D lattice. To predict the volumetric errors at any point is in the workspace, and a new method is proposed by using the meshing concepts developed in the finite element method literature. The developed strategies are tested by a CNC machine and the results verify the effectiveness of the method.
