延性材料损伤模型及其实验验证

摘要 通过构造热力学势函数和耗散势函数 ,得到了连续介质损伤力学基本方程 ,并给出了各向同性损伤演化规律 .求得损伤与塑性应变的显式表达式 .通过与材料实验数据比较 ,验证了模型的正确性 . A continuum isotropic ductile plastic damage model has been derived in the framework of internal variable theory of thermodynamics by constructing potential function. The damage model is based on the concept of effective stress and the principle of strain equivalence. The damage evolution rule in material is obtained. The paper shows non linear variation with respect to plastic strain compared experimental results of certain HIPS with Aluminium alloys the model is correct effect of stress triaxiality on the damage is studied. The damage model can be further applied to numerical simulation for finite element analysis.
