摘要
为进一步降低稳燃负荷 ,提出了基于可调卫燃带准恒温燃烧的新思想 ,并利用炉内换热的热力学模型论证了实现准恒温燃烧的可行性 ,详细分析了准恒温燃烧对烟温汽温特性、低负荷稳燃性能及燃烧效率的影响 .结果表明
In order to stably lower combustion load, a concept of quasi constant temperature combustion based on movable heat insulate layer is put forward for pulverized coal. The feasibility of the quasi constant temperature combustion is discussed by using a thermodynamic model. The effects of the quasi constant temperature combustion on flue gas and steam temperature, stable combustion ability and combustion efficiency are analyzed in detail. The results show that the quasi constant temperature combustion can greatly improve overall performances of a boiler.
