摘要
探讨了不同熔体净化处理工艺对连铸连轧电工圆铝杆的组织、力学性能及电阻率的影响规律 .结果表明 :采用高效排杂熔剂净化处理铝液 ,其排杂除气效果显著 ,与常规吹N2 喷射精炼剂处理相比 ,夹杂物由原来粗大片状或长条状变成细小圆整的颗粒状 ,分布均匀 ,无聚集成团现象 ,显微缩孔小且少 ;在同一强度水平下 ,伸长率提高约 2 4 % 。
The influence of purification of molten aluminum on structure? mechanical properties and specific resistance of the electrical round aluminum pole produced by the technology of continuous casting and rolling was studied in this paper. It is found that the effect of removing inclusions and eliminating hydrogen from molten aluminum is remarkable by using high-efficient flux removing inclusions. Compared to the routine purification technology of blowing N 2 with spraying refining flux, the inclusions in the electrical round aluminum pole can be changed from coarse plate/long stripe shape into fine short/round shape and distribute uniformly, in addition, the micro-porosities are tiny and few; at the same level of tensile strength, the elongation of the electrical round aluminum pole was raised by ~24%, and the electric resistivity was also improved to a certain extent.
