摘要
研究了新试剂 8- [杯 (4)芳烃偶氮 ]氨基喹啉 (CAQ)与银的显色反应。在碱性介质中 ,在吐温 - 2 0存在下 ,CAQ与银发生显色反应 ,生成 2∶1桔红色稳定络合物 ,λmax=6 5 0nm ,ε =1.15× 10 5L/ (mol·cm) ,银质量浓度在 0~ 2 3μg/ 2 5ml范围内符合比尔定律。该方法用于显影液和工业废水中微量银的测定 。
The color reaction of 8 [Calix(4)arene]aminoquinoline(CAQ) with silver(Ⅰ) was studied.In the pre sence of Tween 20,Silver(Ⅰ)reacts with CAQ to form an orange red stable complex with n CAQ ∶n Ag(Ⅰ) =2∶1 at alkaline medium.The maximum absorption is at 650nm with molar absorptivity of 1.15×10 5L·(mol·cm) -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~23μg/L for Silver(Ⅰ).The method has been applied to the determination of silver in developing agent and the industrial waste water with satisfactory results.
