In this paper,the relation between the establishment of creative mechanism and strengthening business adaptability,the relation between creative mechanism of management and enhancing business development,the relation between ereative mechanism of personnel system and improving business competitive power are described,thus the roles played by scientific management in gold mining venture are demonstrated.
