摘要
首先论述了面向生产工程的虚拟制造内涵,提出了相应的三视图体系结构,即规划视图、建模视图、优化评价视图,建立了以规划视图为主线、以建模视图为支撑、以优化评价为目标的三者耦合关系,形成了产品虚拟生产系统优化方案的三维求解空间,揭示了生产系统从产品的静态工艺信息到动态生产计划信息推进下多层次规划的演变过程,从量的优化到质的优化,并在虚拟现实环境中反映制造系统的虚拟运作。然后结合一个工程实例,阐述了虚拟生产系统规划中优化设计方案的求解演变过程,为企业真实系统的规划实施提供有效方法和途径。
First the connotation of production-engineering-oriented virtual manufacturing (PEOVM) is discussed, and a corresponding three-view architecture is put forward, which composed of planing-view, modeling-view and optimization & evaluation-view. The couple-relation among these views is established, where planning view is the main body, modeling view is the support and optimization & evaluation view is the goal, so that a three-dimension solving-space for design optimal virtual production system is formed. It uncovers the evolutive procedures of multi-level planning activities for production system with the information progress from static process plan to dynamic production plan, reflecting the optimization from quantitative to qualitative and the virtual execution in virtual reality (VR) environment. Then an engineering example is used to illustrate the evolutive procedures for obtaining an optimal scenario in virtual production system planning. By this means, an effective method is provided for enterprise to implement the planning of real production system.
