摘要
通过解剖报废管板大锻件,采用了低倍和高倍检验、扫描电镜及断口微区成分分析等手段,证实了管板报废的原因是由于存在大量具有氢脆特性的夹杂性裂纹,并提出了减少或消除裂纹的方法。
Being dissected the disabled pipe plate, it verified that the cause of pipe plate disabled is having some crack which character is hydrogen brittleness by means of microscopic and microscopic examination, electron microscopic scanning and composition analysis in the micro-area of fracture. The method about how to reduce or eliminate the crack is presented.
