分析了现阶段电子商务在国内发展现状及煤炭销售行业存在的问题,以“精彩列车”为例探讨了煤炭贸易电子商务网的运作模式。“精彩列车”煤炭贸易网是面向煤炭行业和煤炭用户的大型专业网,它采用“网上、网下”同时运作的BtoB的电子商务模式,将先进的电子商务平台与传统的商业模式结合起来,为电子商务在中国煤炭行业的发展提供了一种有效的方案。

This paper analyses the present development state of China's E-commerce and the existing problems in coal sales markets,and goes into the operational mode of E-commerce for coal trade website based on the application case named 'Jingcailieche'.'Jingcailieche'is a large professional website catering to coal industry and coal customs. Its commercial mode is business to business,which runs on the net and in a normal way. It combines advanced E-commercial platform with traditional commercial mode and provides an effective method for the development of E-commerce for China's coal industry.
