可编程控制器在水泥磨上的应用

摘要 当可编程控制器用于水泥粉磨系统时,用系统设备现场运行状态的反馈信号与下一台设备联锁,及FUN(14)与FUN(11)的配合使用,可有效避免误操作甚至事故。COM不接地可有效预防输入端“烧点”;C200H必须外接一个较大容量的24V DC电源与C200H本机电源并联,共同作为输入模块的输入电源;动力线、输入线、输出线及控制线均应分别走在各自线槽,若在同一线槽内布线,应选用屏蔽双绞线并把屏蔽端接地(零线)上。 When the application of programming logic controller to a grinding system for cement, it can effectively avoid misoperation, even accident that the feedback signal from the grinding system in the condition of site operation is coordinated with FUN(l4) and FUN(11). It can effectively prevent burning point' of input end that the COM is not earthed; the C200H must be connected with a external 24V DC power supply of large capacity which is parallelly connected with the local power supply, the both of power supplies are commonly used as the input power supply for the input module; the power line, input line, output line and control line should be connected up in respective line channel respectively. If there lines are connected up in the same line channel, the schielded double-twist line should be adopted, and the schielded end should be earthed, i.e., connected with zero line.
