摘要
以安装有非线性刚度的橡胶弹簧隔振的直线振动筛为例,探讨了非线性系统中普遍存在的混沌现象。输入单频激励,输出多频或宽频响应,从而分散单频振动噪声的强度。调整控制参数,使振动筛产生混沌振动,可以对振动筛降噪起到一定作用。
The paper makes an approach to the chaos phenomena that exist universally in the non-linear system using a linear vibralion screen which is mounted on a non-linear rigidity rubber springs as a example. Single frequency is input to excite the vibration of the non-linear system, the output is multi-frequency or wide frequency response, therefore, single frequency vibration intension of noise is dispersed. Adjustment of control parameters makes the vibration screen give rise to chaos vibration; hence the noise of a vibration screen is diminished.
