摘要
在工矿设备系统中,人为差错引起的失效事故占30%~50%。人为差错源于人的精神压力,表现在设备系统的设计、制造和运行进程中。本文对人为差错和设备系统可靠性进行了分析,有助于找到有效的预防措施以减少人为差错,提高工作人员的适应性及设备的安全性。
In a industrial and mining equipment system, the human errors account for 30%-50% of the total errors. The human errors caused by a load on one's mind express in designing, manufacturing and running of a equipment system. Analysis on human errors and reliability of a equipment system contributes to finding effectively preventive measures in order to reduce human errors, thus improving adaptability of personel and safety of equipments.
