摘要
应用遗传算法 ,以输出激光功率为目标函数 ,优化确定了普通 CO2 激光器五种工作气体( CO2 ,N2 ,He,Xe,H2 )的最佳充气量。对 1 .2 m长谐振腔 ,在 1 5 k V放电条件下 ,优化的充气量分别为p CO2 =1 .1 5× 1 33.3Pa,p N2 =7.32× 1 33.3Pa,p He=1 2 .95× 1 33.3Pa,p Xe=0 .36× 1 33.3Pa和 p H2 =0 .0 1× 1 33.3Pa。优化后激光功率比未优化前可提高 1 .2
Five gas components (CO 2, N 2, He, Xe and H 2) in a CO 2 laser are optimized by applying a genetic algorithm and taking the laser power as an objective function. With a resonator of 1.2m length and constant discharge voltage of 15kV, the laser power increases by 1.27 times after the optimization with the optimized gas pressures of 1.15×133.3Pa for CO 2, 7.32×133.3Pa for N 2, 12.95×133.3Pa for He, 0.36×133.3Pa for Xe and 0.01×133.3Pa for H 2 respeotively.
