摘要
应用研制的GM 10 0 0× 2 0 0型高压辊磨机在姑山铁矿选矿厂对粉碎铁矿石进行了连续的工业化运行试验·通过对粉碎前后物料的筛分与统计 ,以及应用邦德 (Bond)破碎理论对高压辊磨机使用性能进行了分析 ,进一步证实了高压辊磨机在铁矿石粉碎中不但粉碎效果非常理想 ,而且大幅度提高了生产效率、降低了能耗和钢耗 。
The new GM1000×200 High pressure grinding roller was tested for crushing ironstone on the spot at Gu Shan mining plant. Its capability of crushing hard ironstone was analyzed by statistical screening of the test results and Bond's theory of crushing. The crushing effect is perfect. The new roller is high efficiency and saving energy for crushing hard ironstone. On the same time, it extensively solve the key problem of technical and equipment reconstruction in process of grinding and crushing ore rock at plants.
