摘要
建立在移动障碍的基础上 ,以全员劳动生产率、资本金利润率和资产利润率为企业绩效度量指标 ,对中国钢铁行业中 6 4家重点企业中战略集团间的绩效进行了历史追踪研究·结果表明 ,在各战略集团之间存在着显著的绩效差异·综合此结果以及其他研究者的结果 ,表明不论在理论上还是实践中 ,都应将战略集团看作是影响企业绩效的许多种因素中的一个重要因素·
Based on the mobility barriers, the relationship between the financial performance and the strategic groups of 64 key firms within the China iron & steel industry was examined (from 1993 to 1994) with productivity, return on investment and return on assets as performance measurements. There is a significant difference in the financial performance among the strategic groups within the Iron & Steel industry. The theoretically and practically strategic group can be considered an important factor among the others to affect a firm's financial performance.
