摘要
目的 研究重组葡激酶 (rSaK)治疗急性脑梗死对血液凝血及纤溶功能的影响。方法 幼猪 48头 ,分为对照组和 7个rSaK组 (剂量 0 4万~ 6 4万IU/kg) ,每组 6头。幼猪脑梗死 4h后静脉用rSaK ,对照组用安慰剂。治疗后 30、60、90min测凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、纤维蛋白原 (Fg)、优球蛋白溶解时间 (ELT)、血浆纤溶酶原活性 (Plg :A)、D -二聚体 (DD)。结果 rSaK延长PT、APTT、TT ,缩短ELT ,增加DD ,剂量越大越明显 ,但对Fg、Plg :A影响很小。结论 rSaK能显著增强纤溶活性 ,对血液凝血功能影响较小。
Objective Observe the changes of hemostatic function in swine with acute cerebral infarction treated with rSaK.Methods 48 swines were divided into 7 rSaK intravenous thrombolysis groups (dosage from 4 000 to 64 000 IU/kg) and a control group,6 swines were available for each group.rSaK in different dosages were used through abdominal venous catheter respectively after the distal part of ICA had been embolized for 4 hours.PT,APTT,TT,Fg,ELT,Plg:A and DD were detected after administration for 30,60,90 minutes.Results rSaK prolonged TT,PT,APTT,increased DD and decreased ELT,the more dosage,the more obviously.rSaK had little influences upon Fg,Plg:A.Conclusion rSaK can enhance fibrinolytic function,but have little influences on blood coagulation.
