汝丽娟教授认为桥本甲状腺炎继发甲状腺功能减退症的主要病机为正虚邪犯 ,治疗应以温肾疏肝健脾为原则 ,佐以利水活血、清热利咽。标本兼治 ,临床疗效较佳。

This paper presents professor Ru Lijuans experience in the treatment of Hashimotos thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism.She stresses the importance on differential diagnosis and argues that the essential pathogenesis was qi deficiency and pathogen invasion,and the treatment principle is to warm kidney,discharge liver and nourish spleen as well as disinhibit water,activate blood,clear heat and free throat.
