摘要
为观察中医辨证分型治疗尿道综合征的临床疗效 ,将 84例患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 5 6例 ,其中中气不足者用补中益气汤加减治疗 ,肾阳气虚者用金匮肾气丸加减治疗 ;对照组 2 8例用西药抗生素等治疗。疗程 1个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 89 3 % ,对照组为 71 4 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,P <0 0 5。
To observe the clinical effects of urethral syndrome treated by pattern identification,84 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,modified'Middle Nourishing and Qi supplementing Decoction' or the modified'Kidney Qi Pill'was given.Those in the control group were treated by antibiotics.Results showed that the total effective rate was 89 3% in treatment group and 71 4% in control group,P<0 05.
