近20年来音乐疗法的研究概况

Research Survey of Music Therapy in Recent 20 Years

回顾分析了近 2 0年来我国医疗界对音乐疗法的机理研究、方法研究、临床观察以及与中医理论相关的文献概况。结果显示 :音乐疗法在心身疾病的治疗上有广阔的应用前景 ,以中医理论为指导、现代科技为手段 ,探讨音乐疗法的机理 。

This paper reviews the mechanism,research method and clinical practice of music therapy and its basis of Chinese medical theory.It is demonstrated that music therapy will have a bright future in the treatment of the body and mental diseases;and that under the guidance of Chinese medical theory,the modern techniques should be employed to investigate the mechanism of music therapy and then to construct a Chinese medical music therapy.
