摘要
本文对原cGMP放免药盒的8-~3H 3,5环磷酸鸟苷样品及标准品进行乙酰化处理,增强了抗原抗体结合率,减少抗体用量,提高方法的灵敏度,从而使抗体利用率提高2—3倍;同时采用蛋白胶体溶液保护抗体,使用时控制冻融温度,这样一支抗体使用2—3个月,反复冻融5—7次其效价基本不变.
An improvement in the sensitivity of the RIA kit of cyclic guanosine monophos-phate by an acetylation process before use is reported. Employing this process the binding rate of antigen and antibody was obviously increased. Thus the required amount of antibody was saved by 2 to 3 times. A method for more efficient utilization of the kit by protecting the antibody with bovine serum albumin solution and by controlling the temperature of freezing-thawing is also described.
