上海市育龄夫妇性传播疾病/艾滋病知识和避孕套使用意愿的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究对上海市405对育龄夫妇进行了STD/AIDS/避孕套知识、态度的问卷调查,期望为结合计生服务开展性病艾滋病防治提供背景资料,制定可行的干预方案。结果:①育龄人群已具备一定的STD/AIDS知识,知识问答平均答对率逾60%,但有40%~60%的对象对AIDS非传播途径存有很大的误解,避孕套正确用法掌握率低于20%,即使是避孕套现用者这一比例也低于40%。知识综合得分丈夫(76.9)高于妻子(73.1),主要与教育程度有关;②10%~20%的对象对STD/AIDS患者存有偏见或歧视,态度主要受STD/AIDS知识程度的影响;③任何时候都不愿用避孕套的比例约20%,使用意愿与综合得分及避孕套获取方便程度密切相关。建议:加强计划生育服务与STD/AIDS防治相结合,开展宣传教育和咨询干预,提高知识水平,纠正误解,改变不良态度。 In order to provide baseline data for the intervention project on integrating STD/AIDS prevention into Family Planning services.405 married women aged from 20 to 39 years and their husbands in Shanghai were surveyed re their knowledge and attitudes on STD/AIDS/Condom. Resulte: (1)the couples reportedly had some STD/AIDS knowledge.of which 60% or over were able to answer the related questions correctly. However, 40- 60% of them still had misunderstandings on the non-transmission modes of AIDS and less than 20% articulated the correct use of condom, even for condom users this percentage was lower than 40%. The medians of the knowledge score for husband and wife were 76. 9 and 73. 1 .respectively. Multivariate analysis indicated that the knowledge score was strongly associated with their educational level. (2)10-20% of the respondents withheld negative attitudes towards STD/AIDS patients .which was affected by the knowledge scores. (3) About 20% responded that they would not use condoms at any time, their intention for use was closely related to knowledge score and condom availability. Recommendations: Integration of STD/AIDS prevention and control with widely existing FP services in China should be deliberately enhanced and integrated RH education and counseling should be put on first agenda with no delay.
