Reflection on patent evaluating system set up and advanced research result transform

目前 ,我国专利成果的转化率较低 ,一方面是企业和投资者拿着资金到处找项目 ,而另一方面是科研人员拿着项目到处找资金。因而 ,在我国建立对专利成果 (科研成果 )的有效评价体系和定期告知制度 ,无疑是解决信息渠道不畅和对项目认知难的有效途径。

The transformation rate from advanced result into productive force is rather low at present in China,while the investors can not find the suitable technology and the researchers can not find the investment.So it'll be an effective solution to set up a patent evaluation system and periodical informing regulation.The practices on the system set up are discussed.
