摘要
钻机在使用几个大修周期后 ,经常会出现刹车机构调整困难的情况 ,钻机刹车系统差 ,轻则影响生产效率 ,重则酿成事故。通过现场实践分析 ,总结了几方面的原因 ,提出了一些改进措施和处理方法 ,改进后的效果明显 ,提高了生产效率。
Brake adjustment becomes difficult after several repair cycles of the drawworks.When the brake system is not in good condition,it can affects the drilling efficiency,even cause incidence.Several factors causing the problem have been studied.After measures put forward,remarkable effect and high efficiency has been achieved.
