铺层结构对PP/GMT片材孔隙含量和力学性能的影响

INFLUENCE OF THE PLY SCHEME ON VOID CONTENT AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PP/GMT SHEETS

摘要 针对 PP/GMT材料 ,研究了铺层结构对片材孔隙含量和力学性能的影响。铺层结构的变化 ,可使弯曲性能和拉伸性能分别提高 2 5 %和 13%左右 ,而其抗冲击性能约下降 2 0 %。因而 ,改变铺层结构 ,可以调控材料的某些性能指标 。 The effect of the ply scheme on void content and mechanical properties of PP/GMT sheets has been studied in detail. The flexural and tensile properties of sheets increase with the variation of the position of glass mat in sheets from the inner to the outer. The adjustable ranges of flexural and tensile properties are about 25% and 10% respectively, whereas the impact properties decrease with the variation of mat position. The drop scope is 20% or so. Under the same experiences, the void content in GMT sheets varies from 2.05% to 1.12% . To meet special needs in actual uses, adjusting the ply scheme of PP/GMT sheets is an effective way.
