摘要
研究 (β-氯乙基 )磷酸酯酰氯 [A](Cl CH2 CH2 OPOCl2 )以三氯甲烷溶液为介质 ,通过脱 HCl发生酯化反应对 PVA进行接枝。讨论了阻燃剂浓度、温度、时间、介质等条件对接枝效率的影响 ,温度降低 ,接枝率减小 ,低于 5 0℃时接枝不明显 ;阻燃剂浓度增大 ,反应时间延长或引入助溶剂 ,接枝率提高。热分析研究和剩炭的扫描电镜图分析说明阻燃剂促进 PVA的热降解及交联 ,形成致密的剩炭 。
Reaction of the β chloro ethylphosphate acid chloride grafting onto PVA in CHCl 3 solution was studied. The effect of grafting rate by concentration, temperature, time were discussed. The grafting rate lower as the temperature decrease, when the temperature is lower than 50 ℃, grafting reaction ocures very difficult. The grafting rate increases as the concentration of flame retardant increase, reaction time increase and the aid solute addtion. It is confirmed that the flame retardant promotes the degration and interweave of PVA, forms the high strength char, results in effect of flameretardant.
