摘要
以叔丁基氢过氧化物为环氧化剂 ,过渡金属化合物三氧化钼为催化剂 ,探讨了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)在甲苯中的环氧化反应。通过对反应产物进行核磁共振和红外光谱分析 ,发现即使在高转化率下 ,该反应体系也不存在开环及交联等副反应。分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、氧化剂和催化剂浓度对环氧化反应的影响。
EPDM was successfully epoxidized using t butyhy droperoxide as oxidant in association with molybdenum oxide as catalyst. The resulting polymer was characterized by 1H NMR and FT IR spectrometer, respectively. The result of spectrum analysis showed that no significant side reactions were observed even at high epoxidation level. Moreover, the effects of reaction temperature and the concentrations of oxidant and catalyst on the epoxidation of EPDM were investigated as well.
