摘要
以紫外光固化合成了丙烯酸 -聚氧乙烯 SIPN聚合物 ,研究了该聚合物的吸湿、保水性能 ,发现其在恒定湿度下吸湿曲线基本为直线 ,吸湿率可达 2 0 0 % ,而在湿度变化条件下的吸湿曲线则为锯齿形 ,在湿度降低时其具有释放所吸收水分的特性。以真空抽滤模拟树脂的受压状态 ,当在真空度 0 .0 2、0 .0 3、0 .0 4、0 .0 5时各抽滤 10 min后 ,其保水量仍有 32 6g/ g干树脂。将该树脂的加热失水快慢和纯水的蒸发过程比较 ,发现其失水速率慢于水的蒸发。吸水后的凝胶对酸、碱、盐非常敏感 ,很低浓度的酸、碱、盐溶液即可使凝胶失去其 90
In this paper, the semi interpenetrating polymer of acrylic acid polyoxyethylene were synthesized by UV curing method. The moisture sucking and water retention property were studied. The results showed that the moisture sucking capability under the obstantial humidity is strong, after 16 d sucking its mass becomes two times of the original one; With the changing of humidity the resin could suck or release vapor accordingly. The water loosing rate when heated to 100 ℃ was slower than that of evaporating. The performance of the water saturated polymer when filtrated under vacuum condition was investigated. Setting vacuum degree at 0.02 , 0.03 , 0.04 , 0.05 obsequenyly, and filtrating the water saturated polymer for 10 min under every degree, then the water retention capacity retained still 326 g/g. The absorption capacity was found to be very sensitive to ion. 80% ~ 95% of water lost when they met acid, alkali, and salt solution, even when they are in very low concentration.
