摘要
利用凝胶层析法对明胶接枝丙烯酰胺的产物进行分离 ,研究了反应条件 (明胶和丙烯酰胺的配比、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等 )对明胶接枝物分子量及其分布的影响 ,跟踪了反应过程中产物分子量分布的变化 。
The gelatin acrylamide graft copolymer was synthesized and separated by gel filtration chromatography. The influence of preparative condition (the ratio of gelatin and acrylamide, the usage of initiator, the reaction time and temperature) on the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the products was investigated, their varieties were also investigated by following the reaction process.
