摘要
研究了聚苯乙烯 (PS) /聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA)自相容合金的制备方法。系统考察了不同丙烯酸丁酯含量、乳化剂浓度、聚合温度对合金接枝率的影响 ,通过透射电镜照片和冲击强度分别对材料的微观相态和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,提高丙烯酸丁酯含量、降低乳化剂浓度以及提高聚合反应温度均有利于合金接枝率的增加。合金中接技共聚物含量增加 ,冲击强度也随之提高 ;同时透射电镜照片表明本方法制备的自相容合金的两相界面之间形成一过渡层 ,过渡层越厚 。
A novel polymerization procedure, the concentrated emulsion graft polymerization of St monomer with PBA seed was proposed to produce a self compatible macromolecule alloy. The effects of the BA content, the SDS concentration and the polymerization temperature on the graft ratio were investigated. SEM and impact strength characterized the microstructure and mechanical performance of the self compatible macromolecule alloy. The results show that the increase of BA content, the reduce of SDS concentration and the improvement of polymerization temperature are all in favor of the increase of graft ratio, which result in the increase of the impact strength of the self compatible macromolecule alloy. One concludes that the concentrated emulsion polymerization method is particularly suitable for the seed graft polymerization.
