刮片机滚筒实现连续排放的结构设计

摘要 传统刮片机滚筒由于受自身结构的限制 ,其冷凝水大量积存 ,严重地影响了滚筒传热效果。笔者在设计实践中 ,采用了轴向螺旋导流板、径向抄板及中心集流的组合导流结构 ,巧妙地实现了滚筒内冷凝水的连续排放 。 Limited by the structure of itself, there is a lot of water deposited in the cylinder of the traditional scrapers so that the heat transfer efficiency is lowed. To solve this problem, a combined guiding flow structure which collects flow in the center, the axial spiral guiding plate and the radial plate were used. It has been proved in the design practice that by use of this method, not the problem can be avoided, but also the continuous discharge can be made.
