摘要
根据焦碳塔的操作工艺及塔壁的径向温差 ,计算出由其产生的最大热应力 ,然后对筒体与裙座焊缝区域的变形及其约束情况进行了分析 。
On the basis of the radial temperature difference of the tower shell and process of the coke tower, in this article, the maximum thermal stress was calculated. After the deformation occurred at the welding zone of the joint between the cylinder and the skirt and the constraint at the joint were analyzed, the structure improvement was, then, presented.
