摘要
本文设计实现的超声液位检测系统,在罐外从罐底部发射超声脉冲,利用脉冲反射时差法测量液位,实现了真正的非接触式测量,从根本上解决了推进剂贮罐液位计因腐蚀而失效的问题;并且,该系统还利用RS-485网络,实现了对罐区贮罐液位的远程集中监测。
This article deals with the design of a non-intrusive ultrasonic liquid-level inspecting system to solve the level measurement problem of corrosive liquid-propellant container. It also introduces the RS-485 communication network of the system, which makes it possible to inspecting the level of containers distributed in distance.
