摘要
利用“扬麦 1号”小麦单体系统 ,经连续 6次的代换程序 ,将品种“贵农早白”抗白粉病基因所在的一对 5D染色体代换入“扬麦 1号”中。所获得的三个代换系经农艺性状鉴定、抗白粉病性田间自然鉴定、异地人工接种鉴定及过氧化物酶同工酶分析表明 ,“0 2”代换系可作为抗白粉病育种的优良亲本加以利用 ,也说明利用小麦染色体工程进行普通小麦品种间染色体代换来培育抗病代换系 ,在理论上是正确的 。
By using wheat variety 'Yangmai No.1' monosomic line, a pair of 5D chromosomes being in genes of resistance to powdery mildew of variety 'Guinongzaobai' were substituted into 'Yangmai No.1' through six time substitutions. Through identification of agromic character, natural inoculation and artificial inoculation to powdery mildew, as well as analysis of peroxidase isozymes for three substitution lines obtained showed that 02 substitution line may be used as a fine parent in breeding of powdery mildew resistance. It is proved that the breeding of wheat substitution lines of resistance to powdery mildew by chromosome engineering to be correct in theory and to be operable in practice.
