普氏野马对紫花苜蓿的消化率

Digest Ratio Determination of Medicago Sativa of Equus Przewalskii Poliakov

用全收粪法测定普氏野马对青紫花苜蓿消化率。结果表明 :野马对苜蓿干物质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗灰分、无氮浸出物的消化率分别为 (6 4.5± 3.0 2 ) % ,(18.7± 7.2 3) % ,(46 .6± 7.4 1) % ,(79.7± 2 .4 2 ) % ,(2 8.7± 5 .6 5 ) % ,(80 .2± 2 .2 4 ) %。同时用指示剂法进行对比 ,发现Cr2 O3法与全粪法相近 ,差异不显著 ;

The digest ratio of Medicago sativa of Equus przewalskii Poliakov by total faex collection was determinated. The results indicated that the digest ratio of dry material, rough fat, rough fiber, rough protein, rough ash content, non nitrogen cozed matter were (64.5±3.02)%,(18.7±7.23)%,(46.6±7.41)%,(79.7±2.42)%,(28.7±5.65)%,(80.2±2.24)% respectively, and the digest ratio by Cr 2O 3 and 4N HCl ash insoluble were determinated. It was found that the ratio by Cr 2O 3 was cose and 4N HCl ash insoluble was rather higher than total fae collection.
