摘要
~3H-NSP是目前将氚引入到蛋白质和多肽的一种重要试剂。其前体N-琥珀酰亚胺丙烯酸酯是用丙烯酸和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺在二环己基碳二亚胺存在下缩合得到。然后再以10%钯碳催化氚化制得。粗品通过硅胶层析纯化放化纯~95%,比度1.35TBq/mmol。
3H-NSP is current important reagent for introduction of tritium into proteins and polypeptide. The precursor, N-succinimidyl acrylate was obtained by the reaction of acrylic acid with N-hydroxysuccinimide in the presence of DCC and it was tritiated with tritium gas in the presence if 10% Pd-C catalyst. The crude product was purified by silica gel chromatography. The radiochemical purity and specific activity were-95% and 1.35 TBq/mmol respectively.
