摘要
研究了不同含量 Cd对草莓生长的影响 .结果表明 :低含量的 Cd对草莓生长有促进作用 ,高含量的 Cd对草莓的生长则有抑制作用 ,抑制作用的大小随 Cd含量的增加而加强 ;w(Cd)≤ 10 mg· kg-1时 ,草莓的根长、根干重、生物量等生长指标升高 ,w(Cd) >2 5 mg· kg-1时 ,上述指标开始降低 ;草莓根系受 Cd的影响比地上部大 ,可观察到根变黑、叶片褪绿等症状 ;草莓根活力和叶片含水量则随 Cd含量的增大而始终呈下降趋势 .试验结果还表明 ,不同草莓品种对 Cd的反应存在差异 。
The experiment results indicated that the growth of strawberry ( Fragaria ananassa Duch.) might be enhanced at low Cd content, but inhibited at high Cd content. The inhibition increased with the increase of Cd content. When content of Cd was ≤10 mg·kg -1 , the indices such as strawberry's root length, root weight and biomass increased. When its content was over 25 mg·kg -1 , the indices shown as above began to decline. Strawberry root suffered more than shoot, and symptoms such as black root and faded leaves could be observed. However, there was an constant decrease in root activity and leaf water content of strawberry with the increase of Cd content. The results also showed that the response of strawberry to Cd varied among cultivars.
