氯沙坦对兔动脉粥样硬化形成的影响

摘要 目的 :观察氯沙坦对高脂兔动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法 :建立高脂兔动脉粥样硬化模型 ,治疗组在高脂饮食的同时给予氯沙坦治疗 ,3 mo后观察兔主动脉及冠状动脉粥样硬化形成的情况及测定血脂水平。结果 :治疗组主动脉粥样硬化面积小于高脂组 ,冠状动脉病变较后者轻微 ,各组间血脂水平差异无统计学意义。结论 :氯沙坦能抑制高脂血症所造成的兔动脉粥样硬化病变的形成 。 AIM: To observe the effects of angiotension Ⅱ type Ⅰ receptor inhibitor (losartan) on development of atherosclerosis of rabbit atherosclerosis model. METHODS: Rabbit atherosclerosis model was established. Losartan was given mixed with the high lipid diet to one of the groups. Blood lipid was measured once a month. After 3 mo, all the rabbits were killed, the area of atherosclerosis plaque of aorta was measured, and the coronary artery was observed. RESULTS: The group of rabbits was given high lipid diet accompanied with losartan had smaller raea of atherosclerosis plaque than that of the control group group, so did the coronary artery. The blood lipid showed no difference between therapy group and control group. CONCLUSION: Losartan inhibits development of atherosclerosis in rabbit athrosclerosis model, but it doses not decrease the blood lipid.
