白术促进大鼠胃肠道运动的机制探讨 被引量:46

摘要 目的 :观察白术对大鼠胃肠道乙酰胆碱酯酶 ( ACh E)、P物质 ( SP)阳性神经分布的影响 ,探讨其促胃肠道运动机制。方法 :3 2只 Wistar大鼠随机分成白术组及对照组 ,给大鼠白术煎液 2 .5 g/ kg,ig,1h后 ,采用组织化学法显示胃窦、空肠肌间神经丛 ACh E阳性神经分布 ,免疫组化法观察胃窦、空肠 SP阳性神经分布的变化。结果 :白术能明显增加胃窦、空肠肌间神经丛中 ACh E阳性神经的含量 ( P<0 .0 1)及胃窦肌间神经丛、空肠黏膜下和肌间神经丛中 SP阳性神经的含量 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃肠道 ACh E。 AIM: To explore the prokinetic mechanism of Atractylodes macrocephala by observing the distribution changes of AChE and SP positive nerve of gastrointestinal tract in rats. METHODS: Thirty two wistar rats were randomly divided into Atractylodes macrocephala group and control group. After the rats were given 2 5 g/kg of Atractglodes macrocephala decoction for 1 h, distribution of AChE positive nerve in antro jejunal myoplexus was showed by histochemistry. The immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the distribution of SP positive nerve in antro jejunum. RESULTS: Distributions of AChE positive nerve in antro jejunal myoplexus and SP positive nerve in antro jejunal myoplexus and jejunal submucosa of rats increased significantly after Atractylodes macrocephala decoction was given. CONCLUSION: The increased distributions of AChE and SP positive nerve in gastrointestinal tract may play some role in the prokinetic effects of Atractylodes macrocephala .
