三维头颅模型在口腔颌面外科的应用

The application of three-dimensional model in the oral and maxillofacial surgery

目的 开发三维头颅模型技术并研究其在口腔颌面部复杂畸形治疗中的应用。方法采用CT扫描和快速成型技术通过软件制作三维头颅模型 ,应用于颧骨粉碎性骨折、颜面不对称畸形、肿瘤术后颌骨缺损畸形以及种植修复的治疗效果。结果 三维头颅模型指导的 8例口腔颌面部复杂畸形患者的治疗均取得满意疗效。结论 三维头颅模型在口腔颌面部复杂畸形的治疗中有重要的指导意义。

Objective To exploit the three-dimensional model technique and apply it in the oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Using CT an d rapid prototype technique to make three-dimentional model and used it for the therapy of the comminuted zygomatic fractures, jaw bone asymmetry, defects afte r tumor removal, and implantations. Results By using three-di mensional models eight patients with comprehansive bone defects had good results . Conclusions Three-dimensional models can help surgeons in m any ways for the therapy of the oral and maxillofacial deformities.
