纯钛阳极氧化伴水热处理后羟基磷灰石薄涂层种植体的实验研究 被引量:4

Study on anodic oxidation and hydrothermal treatment of titanium implants with thin hydroxyapatite layers: an implantational test in rabbits

摘要 目的 了解阳极氧化伴水热处理后纯钛种植体的体内成骨效应。方法  3 6枚纯钛种植体采用 4种表面处理 ,随机植入 12只兔股骨内。分别在术后 4周、8周、16周取出带种植体骨块制作磨片 ,观察界面新生骨情况以及抛光、水热处理种植体术后 8周的界面超微结构 ,行表面能谱分析。结果 术后 8周 ,阳极氧化伴水热处理种植体表面编织骨的转化和成熟较快 ,至 16周时界面几乎无编织骨和剥脱的羟基磷灰石碎片 ,种植体表面的钙、磷含量在种植后增加。抛光种植体表面钙、磷含量增加不明显。结论 纯钛经阳极氧化伴水热处理后 ,可以加快种植体表面编织骨转化为板层骨 ,从而可能促进种植区的早期愈合 ;薄涂层特有的优越性尚待进一步研究。 Objective To learn bone response to commercially pure titanium impl ants with anodic oxidation followed by hydrothermal treatment in vivo. Methods Twelve rabbits were averagely divided into three groups. And 36 implants (9 pol i shed, 9 roughened by grit-blasting, 9 treated with anodic oxidation followed by heat treatment and 9 treated with anodic oxidation followed by hydrothermal tre atment) were randomly implanted into femur bones of each group rabbits. Implant s were harvested at 4 W, 8 W and 16 W respectively. Slices about 30 μm thick w ere ground with a grinding machine and stained with 1% toluidine blue. The bone-i mplan t interface was observed with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy . Implant surface element contents were also detected with EDAX. Resul ts Woven bone rapidly transferred to lamellae bone at 8 weeks for anodi c oxidized implants followed by hydrothermal treatment, which appeared litt le woven bone and no hydroxyapatite debris between the interfacial zone at 16 weeks. In addi tion, Ca and P contents increased much more for hydrothermal treated implants after im plantation compared with polished implants. Conclusions Anodic oxidation followed with hydrothermal treatment of a titanium fixture could speed up woven bone transferring to lamel lae bone at early time of implantation, which meant thin HA layers could acceler ate bone healing at the implanted site and might shorten healing time.This supe riority need more research in the future.
