摘要
造血干细胞移植治疗遗传性代谢病已有２０余年，目前被认为是唯一一种治愈性的方法。本文回顾了造血干细胞移植的理论基础、移植的时机、供者类型和干细胞来源、预处理方案及现今已取得的临床结果，并初步探讨了基因治疗和宫内移植。
