早产儿视网膜病发病机制的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 80年代以来,随着围生医学的进展,早产低体重儿的成活率大大提高,早产儿视网膜病(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)的发病率显著增高。导致ROP公认的危险因素有低出生体重、早产和氧疗。在ROP的发病机制中,新生血管的形成起主导作用,它是众多血管因子相互作用和调节的结果,主要包括血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、肝细胞生长因子、色素上皮衍生因子以及一氧化氮等。本文主要综述近年国外对 ROP发病机制中新生血管形成的研究进展.
