摘要 为探索临床护理教学的方法 ,提高学生独立分析、解决问题的能力 ,随机将 6 7名高护专业实习生分为两组 ,观察组 34名 ,采用反思学习、反思日记、病例讨论等思维训练教学法教学 ;对照组 33名 ,采用常规教学法教学。结果观察组实习后综合病例分析考核成绩、综合技能考核成绩均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;病人满意度较高 ;学生综合能力得到提高。提示在临床教学中 ,采用上述有目的、有设计的思维训练教学法 ,有助于培养学生独立思考及分析。 In order to investigate the methods for clinical nursing teaching and make students become independent thinkers and decision makers, 67 students in clinical practice were randomly divided into two groups: observation group ( n =34) was trained by such methods as reviewing study and reviewing diary and case discussion; control group ( n =33) was trained by routine methods. The results of clinical practice showed that the difference in scores of the case analyzing exam and comprehensive nursing skill assessment were significant between the two groups ( P <0 05). Patients' satisfaction was higher and comprehensive ability of the students enhanced in the observation group. It was suggested that in the clinical teaching the methods of the thinking training is helpful to raise the students' ability of independent analyzing and solving clinical problems.
