检测血清恶性肿瘤特异性标志物在肺癌早期诊断中的实验研究

The Experimental Study of the Use of Examining Serum Tumor-specific Growth Factor(TSGF)in the Preceding Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

目 的 研究恶性肿瘤特异性标志物 (TSGF)在肺癌早期诊断中的实用价值。方法 采用对比分析法 ,检测TSGF的敏感性、特异性及诊断正确率。结果TSGF对肺癌诊断的敏感性为82 .5 %、特异性为 96 .2 %及诊断正确率为 91.7%。结论TSGF在肺癌诊断中具有敏感性和特异性高的特点 ,如果将TSGF检测与患者的临床表现以及影像学资料结合起来 ,并且动态观察TSGF的变化 ,可望进一步提高肺癌早期诊断率。

Objective To study the practical use of examining serum tumor\|specific growth factor(TSGF)in the preceding diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods By using contrasting analysis to value the specificity?sensitivity and efficiency of examining serum TSGF in the preceding diagnosis of lung cancer. ResultsThe data showed that the specificity was 82.5%,the sensitivity was 96.2% and the efficiency was 91.7%. Conclusion TSGF had both specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of lung cancer.It might contribute to rising efficiency of the preceding diagnosis of lung cancer by coalescing with clinical data, comparing with the X\|ray photos and observing dynamic changes of serum TSGF.
