肺癌患者外周血中CD_(25)^+和CD_4^+细胞的相关性分析

Relativety Study between CD_(25)^+ Cells and CD_4^+ Cells in Peripheral Blood Cells of Patients with Lung Carcinoma

目的 探讨肺癌患者外周血中CD+ 2 5(IL 2R )和CD+ 4(Th)细胞表达水平变化的相关性。方法 采用流式细胞术检测10 1例肺癌患者外周血中CD+ 2 5和CD+ 4细胞的表达水平 ,并对两者之间的变化关系进行了相关性分析。结果 肺癌患者外周血中CD+ 2 5和CD+ 4细胞的检出率显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。对各组肺癌病例CD+ 2 5和CD+ 4细胞检出率的相关分析表明 ,两者之间呈明显的直线回归的统计相关性。结论 肺癌患者外周血中CD+ 2 5细胞和CD+ 4细胞均明显减少 ,其外周血中CD+ 2 5细胞表达水平的变化可能是由CD+

Objective To study relativety between CD^+_ 25 cells and CD^+_4 cells express level in peripheral blood cells of patients with lung carcinoma.Methods CD^+_ 25 cells and CD^+_4 cells percentage were measured in peripheral blood lymphocyts from 101 patients with lung carcinoma by flow cytometry.The interrelation was analysed between CD^+_ 25 cells and CD^+_4 cells percentage among patients with lung carcinoma,patients with tumor metastase,chemothrapy patients and patients without therapy.Results CD^+_ 25 cells and CD^+_4 cells percentage of patients with lung carcinoma were lower than these of normal control (P<0.01).The relativety analysis between CD^+_ 25 cells and CD^+_4 cells percentage presented significant positive interrelation among each groups.It showed a stright line regression statistics relativety between CD^+_ 25 cells and CD^+_4 cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with lung carcinoma.Conclusion Lung carcinoma may induce significal decreasing of CD^+_ 25 and CD^+_4 cells express level in peripheral blood cells.The change of CD^+_ 25 express level may intimatly relate to CD^+_4 cells level in patients with lung carcinoma.
