Prevention and Treatment of Main Complication of Miles Operation

目的 探讨Miles手术主要并发症的防治方法。方法 回顾性分析 2 2 0例直肠癌患者行Miles手术治疗的主要并发症的临床资料。结果 骶前静脉出血 4例 ,肠梗阻 2例 ,造口坏死 5例 ,泌尿系统损伤 7例。结论 必要的术前准备及正确的手术操作与处理是减少Miles手术主要并发症的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the methods that decrease main complication of Miles operation.Methods A retrospective study for main complication appeared in 220 cases of Miles operation was performed.Results There was presacral veins bleeding in 4 cases,intestinal obstruction in 2 cases.Artificial anus necrosis in 5 cases.Lesion of urinary tract in 7 cases.Conclusion Preoperative preparation and correct operation are methods that decrease main complication of Miles operation.
