中西医结合治疗失代偿性肝硬化腹水160例

Compensatory Ascites due to Cirrhosis (160 cases) Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.

目的 :探讨中西药合用治疗失代偿性肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法 :中药内服和外敷配合安体舒通、速尿、白蛋白等治疗肝硬化腹水 16 0例。结果 :一级疗效 98例 (6 1.2 5 %) ,二级疗效 43例 (2 6 .88%) ,三级疗效 14例 (8.75 %) ,无效 5例(3.13%)。结论 :以益气扶正。

Object: To probe into the effect of treating compensatory ascites due to cirrhosis. Methods: 160 cases of compensatory ascites due to cirrhosis had been treated by oral and application of traditional Chinese drugs, mixed with antisterone, furosemide and albumin. Results(effect estimate): 98 cases (61.25%) is in primary standard, 43(26.88%) in second, 14(8.75%) in third and 5(3.12%) in none effect. Conclusion: It is a key measure in treating ascites due to cirrhosis to reinforce Qi, relieve blood stasis and improve liver blood circulation.
